I have a 4th generation Apple TV, and the Sling TV app is incredibly unstable. Like at times it's almost unusable. I have 300 mbps down internet, which is way more than enough download speed for basic high def streaming. All other apps seem to work just fine for the most part, but I constantly have problems with the Sling TV app. I've tried to chat with them about this multiple times, and they Sling TV update simplifies streaming on Apple TV. Sling TV has started out the new year with a new user interface for Apple TV devices. The new UI features an updated guide that provides a more content-centric experience with better control over how you manage your favorite channels and more information about shows available to watch. As one person found out, the Sling TV app for Apple TV 4 was briefly available to download from the tvOS App Store today, with those quick enough to spot it able to download the app and use it without issue. Unfortunately the Sling TV app is no longer available from the App Store as it was pulled soon after, but we can only imagine that won’t be the case for long. Hello, For my birthday I received a 64GB Apple TV 4th gen from my mom. I've got things setup & most of the apps I want installed and working. One app I'm considering is Sling TV as I only subscribe to internet services from Comcast and don't care for their TV or phone packages.
